Islanders Education is the founding member of The Foundation for a Better Future. A non-profit non-partisan foundation established to improve quality of life and access to good education across the country.
IQRA INTERNATIONAL PRESCHOOLS
The Foundation funded the development of Iqra International Preschools in the Maldives. Currently there are 6 Iqra International Preschools operated across the Maldives aimed at offering affordable high quality preschool education to smaller rural islands. The Iqra franchise model is offered free to potential preschool operators wishing to set up a school.
ENOVATE EDUCATION SYMPOSIUM
Since 2015, Islanders Education together with the Foundation For A Better Future has annually held the largest one-of-a-kind symposium in the Maldives bringing together school leaders, educators and teachers from schools across the Maldives. The symposium is free of charge for its participants. It aims to help introduce innovative ideas and best practices all around the world.
